Medical Promotion Officer

Job Title: Executive/Junior Executive – Medical Promotion Officer Department: Lab & Doctor Consultancy Report to: As Per Approved Organogram.Position Overview:The Executive/Junior Executive – Medical Promotion Officer (MPO) will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals to expand the organization's network.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals and doctors to promote services.
• Build relationships and increase referrals.
• Achieve sales targets and grow business.
• Maintain reports and share market feedback.
• Support promotional and awareness activities. Required Qualifications:
• MBA/BBA in Marketing is preferable or other relevant fields
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Good communication & relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of diagnostic tests
• Field sales experience preferred
• Smartphone & basic reporting skills Experience:
• 1–3 years in healthcare, diagnostic, pharma, or medical services sales
• Pharmaceuticals experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Home lab or hospital-based sales experience is an advantage
• Experience in healthcare / diagnostic / pharma sales preferred Compensation & Benefits:
• A remuneration of 25,000 – 30,000 will be provided.
