This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating clinical and aesthetic procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Daily tasks include reviewing medical documentation, inspecting treatment processes, performing quality checks on products and equipment, and identifying areas for improvement. The specialist collaborates with medical and administrative teams to implement corrective actions, update protocols, and support staff training on quality standards. The role also involves preparing quality reports, participating in internal audits, and contributing to risk management and patient safety initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to consistently evaluate and maintain clinical and operational standards.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to design, implement, and improve quality systems and procedures across medical and aesthetic services.Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure safe handling, storage, and use of medical products and materials.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to plan and conduct internal audits, document findings, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.Experience in clinical quality, healthcare compliance, or medical aesthetics is highly beneficial.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in documenting and reporting quality metrics.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, with solid communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with local healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
