We are known for exceptional patient care and a refined clinic experience, and we are looking for a polished, confident front-desk professional to be the first face of our centre.The RoleAs Medical Receptionist, you will welcome patients, manage the flow of appointments across departments, and make sure every visit feels seamless and personal. You will also play an active part in growing the business by recommending suitable treatments and packages.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist patients and visitors warmly and professionally, in person and by phoneManage bookings, scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations across multiple departmentsExplain our services, treatments and packages accurately, and guide patients to the right departmentUpsell and cross-sell treatment packages and memberships in a consultative, patient-first wayFollow up with patients on appointments, treatment plans and package renewals to drive retentionHandle patient registration, records and billing support using the clinic management systemCoordinate with doctors, nurses and department teams to keep the schedule running smoothlyHandle enquiries, feedback and concerns with tact, escalating where needed including but not limited to Instagram and WhatsApp.Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and uphold patient confidentiality and clinic standardsRequirementsPrior experience as a receptionist or front-desk coordinator in a premium clinic, either aesthetic or dental (mandatory)Fluent English and Arabic, both spoken and written (mandatory)Good knowledge of the services typically offered by different clinic departmentsProven ability to sell packages and convert enquiries into confirmed bookingsStrong skills in appointment scheduling, cancellation management and patient follow-upProficiency with clinic management or booking software and MS OfficeExcellent communication, presentation and customer-service skillsCurrently based in Dubai and available to join immediately (preferred)What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives on package salesWork in a premium, professional clinic environmentOpportunities for growth and training
