Medical RepresentativeKey Responsibilities* Promote compounding pharmacy products and customized formulations to physicians and clinics* Conduct regular clinic visits and medical detailing to explain the benefits of compounded medications* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers* Generate prescriptions and expand RX Plus presence within clinics* Identify new clinics and business opportunities within the assigned territory* Achieve monthly sales targets and provide feedback on market needs and competitionRequirements* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field* 2–5 years experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the UAE healthcare market* Experience promoting products to Dermatologists, Aesthetic Medicine Physicians, Gynecologists, Endocrinologists, Anti-aging / Functional Medicine doctors, and General Practitioners working in aesthetic or wellness clinics* Background in dermatology, hormone therapy, aesthetics, peptides, or wellness products is highly preferred* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with physicians* Target-driven with strong sales and negotiation abilities* Valid UAE driving license* Language Preferred: English, Arabic and Indian Speakers
