WE’RE HIRING | Medical Sales Head | Andalusia Health Egypt – AlexandriaAndalusia Health Egypt is seeking an experienced and strategic Medical Sales Head to lead our medical sales team, drive business growth, and strengthen our position in the healthcare market.We are looking for a strong sales leader with proven experience in the hospital or healthcare sector and an established network of doctors across key medical specialties.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.- Proven experience in medical sales within the hospital or healthcare sector.- Previous experience in a sales leadership position, such as Medical Sales Manager, District Manager, or Sales Head, is a must.- Strong established relationships with doctors across multiple medical specialties, particularly: - ICU & Critical Care - Cardiology - Orthopedics - Oncology - Neurology & Neurosurgery - Internal Medicine - General Surgery - Pulmonology & Chest Diseases- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, and leading high-performing teams.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities
