Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and key accountsUnderstand customer needs and ensure satisfaction across all touchpointsHandle escalated client issues and resolve them effectively and professionally4. Sales Operations & Field ManagementConduct regular field visits to clinics , medical centers and university’s to support and coach the sales teamAttend dental exhibitions, conferences, and product launch eventsCoordinate product demonstrations and technical presentations with clientsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales-related regulatory requirements5. Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the CEOCoordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations for smooth execution of sales plansTrack pipeline, conversion rates, and market penetration data6. Market DevelopmentIdentify and evaluate emerging markets, trends, and competitorsRecommend new sales opportunities and partnershipsEnsure alignment between sales initiatives and company strategic goals
