The organization is committed to staying ahead of industry trends and empowering customers with tools and knowledge to achieve their health and beauty goals.Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for promoting and selling Ultramed’s portfolio of aesthetic and medical devices to clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers. Day-to-day activities include identifying and prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating closely with clinical staff to understand their needs, delivering training on product features and proper usage, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing, proposals, and after-sales service. The Medical Sales Representative will monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to sales forecasts and reports to support business growth. Regular travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events and exhibitions is expected.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to medical and non-medical audiences.Candidates should possess customer relationship and service skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and providing responsive support.Candidates should possess basic technical aptitude and product training skills to demonstrate device functionality and ensure proper usage and maintenance.Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills for planning sales activities, managing pipelines, and preparing accurate reports.Relevant experience in medical devices, aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, travel as needed within the region, and hold a valid driver’s license is required.Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
