Medical Sales Representative

About the Role-We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical, aesthetic, and medical products to healthcare professionals while building long-term relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the company's pharmaceutical, aesthetic, and medical products to healthcare professionals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, general practitioners, pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.Schedule and conduct regular customer visits to achieve sales targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Present product features, clinical benefits, and competitive advantages.Organize product demonstrations, educational meetings, and promotional activities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using the company's CRM system.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with company policies and local healthcare regulations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetic product sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling to dermatology, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or skincare clinics.Existing network within the UAE healthcare sector.Knowledge of the UAE pharmaceutical or aesthetic market.Arabic language skills are an advantage.Why Join Us?Join a dynamic organization committed to delivering innovative healthcare and aesthetic solutions.
