Recently, we launched the UAE’s largest cryogenic stem cell storage facility, featuring a state-of-the-art clean room laboratory and advanced storage technologies, combining UK and Swiss expertise in the heart of the Middle East.About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven and proactive Medical Representative to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong sales and marketing background, particularly in the healthcare services sector. You will be responsible for promoting our cord blood stem cell banking services, engaging with healthcare professionals, and building brand awareness across Dubai and the GCC region.Key Responsibilities:Promote ServicesPromote cord blood stem cell banking services to doctors and healthcare professionals across relevant specialties.Deliver engaging presentations and educational content to drive awareness and understanding.Sales & Revenue GenerationDevelop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.Identify and engage with potential clinics and medical centers (e.g., gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, cosmetic surgery) for new business opportunities.Market Research & StrategyAnalyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to shape business development strategies.Contribute to marketing initiatives, including planning campaigns, creating promotional materials, and managing campaign timelines.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and medical staff.Use Salesforce CRM (or similar) to manage leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain accurate records of interactions.Brand DevelopmentSupport brand positioning by clearly communicating the benefits of stem cell banking.Represent the company at conferences, events, and medical forums.Compliance & ReportingStay updated with medical regulations and company policies.Submit timely and accurate activity reports to management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, healthcare, marketing, or business).Fluency in Arabic is essential.Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within healthcare or medical services.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is an advantage.Willingness to travel within Dubai and the GCC region.With Medical sales experience.Why Join Us?If you're passionate about innovation in healthcare and want to contribute to the future of regenerative medicine, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
