Apply & track with Apply EdgeNew Country Healthcare is looking for a Medical Sales Representative to join our Medical Marketing team (Multiple Positions and Areas).In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our healthcare and nutraceutical portfolio, and driving performance across your assigned territory.You will combine scientific knowledge with strong commercial skills to deliver effective product detailing, identify business opportunities, and provide meaningful market insights, while ensuring all activities remain compliant with UAE healthcare regulations and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management & Sales Performance
- Develop and manage a territory plan aligned with brand priorities, sales objectives and customer potential.
- Plan daily and weekly field activities to ensure the right coverage, frequency and prioritisation of healthcare professionals.
- Track sales performance and territory KPIs, identify gaps early, and take corrective action where needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records for calls, customer interactions, activities and follow-up actions.Scientific Promotion & Customer Engagement
- Promote NCH’s healthcare and nutraceutical portfolio through professional, ethical and scientifically accurate product detailing.
- Deliver product presentations, sampling activities and educational discussions tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Support awareness initiatives and professional education activities that strengthen product understanding and appropriate use.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with MOHAP, DHA, company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, prescribers and key opinion leaders across the assigned territory.
- Understand customer needs, treatment priorities and account potential to identify opportunities for stronger engagement and portfolio growth.
- Identify cross-selling and business development opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as a professional ambassador for NCH, ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement with customers and partners.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights and share them with relevant internal teams.Market Intelligence & Business Insights
- Monitor competitor activity, market developments and prescribing trends within the assigned territory.
- Identify emerging opportunities, competitive risks and changes in customer behaviour.
- Provide timely field insights to the Brand Manager and other cross-functional teams to support commercial and marketing decisions.
- Contribute to forecasting, territory reviews and market analysis by sharing accurate field-level information.Events & Professional Education
- Represent NCH at scientific congresses, exhibitions and healthcare industry events.
- Support the planning and execution of round tables, workshops and other professional education activities.
- Maintain strong scientific and commercial knowledge through continuous learning and training.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with Brand Management, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams to ensure consistent and compliant communication in the market.
- Follow company SOPs, reporting requirements and ethical standards in all field activities.
- Represent NCH’s values of client-centricity, integrity, collaboration, trust and simplicity in every customer interaction.What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline
- 2 to 5 years of Medical Sales Representative experience within pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals or the healthcare sector in the GCC
- Proven track record of achieving sales and activity targets
- Experience managing territory coverage and healthcare professional relationships
- Strong scientific and product knowledge
- Good understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience using CRM systems for call planning and reporting
- Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
