Medical Sales Specialist - Pharmacies

CBC international is looking for talented candidate who is passionate about making a difference in our team as Medical Sales Specialist role in pharmacies for skincare brands, based in Dubai. She/He will be responsible for driving sales and developing the company’s skincare and healthcare portfolio across pharmacies in the UAE, while building strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and key accounts.Key Responsabilities Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within assigned pharmacy accounts.Develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.Build strong relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and purchasing teams.Generate orders and follow up on stock availability and product movement.Conduct product presentations and training for pharmacy staff.Ensure strong product visibility, merchandising, and implementation of promotional activities.Support product launches, pharmacy activations, and marketing campaigns.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.Provide regular sales, market, and account performance reports.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.2+ years of UAE sales experience, preferably in pharmacies, skincare, dermocosmetics, OTC, or healthcare.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Target-driven with good knowledge of the UAE pharmacy market.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
