Although you are a medical doctor, you won't be providing direct patient care, seeing patients in a clinic, or performing procedures. Instead, you'll use Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and healthcare data to improve the health outcomes of nursing home residents in the United States.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Actually DoReview Medical Records and EMR Data. You'll analyze patients' medical historieIdentify Care Gaps (Examples: Diabetic patient missing annual eye examination, hypertensive patient with uncontrolled blood pressure and no recent follow-up, patient eligible for flu or pneumonia vaccination but hasn't received it, patient discharged from the hospital without proper follow-up.. etc).Create Personalized Care PlansCollaborate with Healthcare TeamsDocumentation of medical information, prescriptions, and records into our platformsYou will be assigned to clinics and you have the access to their electronic systemYou will be assigned to prescription diagnosis, treatment plans, and medications.You will update profiles for patients and update their medical history.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in medicine or pharmacy is a must.English level of B2+ or C1 is a must.Proven work experience in a relative role for 6 months at least is a must.Ability to multitask and work with team.
