Our medical scribes work alongside physicians during patient encounters, helping reduce their documentation burden and allowing them to focus more on patient care.Role OverviewAs a Medical Scribe at Medlyn 360, you will work virtually with US-based physicians and assist with real-time clinical documentation during patient encounters.You will be responsible for accurately capturing relevant clinical information and preparing well-structured medical notes while maintaining strict standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend virtual patient encounters alongside assigned US physicians.Document clinical chart notes in EHR/EMR systems, which are accurate and structured.Understand and adapt to different physician documentation styles and workflows.Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, grammar, and medical terminology.Make corrections or updates based on physician feedback.Maintain strict patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and organizational privacy requirements.Meet established documentation quality and turnaround-time standards.Participate in training, quality reviews, and periodic performance evaluations.EligibilityRequired qualification:BDS / MBBS / BHMS / BAMS or other relevant healthcare/medical degree.Fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates may apply.Skills We’re Looking ForStrong understanding of medical terminologies clinical concepts.Excellent written and verbal English communication.Good listening and comprehension skills.Fast and accurate typing.Strong attention to detail.Ability to understand different US accents.Comfortable working with computers and learning EHR/EMR systems.Ability to multitask and document accurately during live consultations.Professional, reliable, and comfortable working closely with physicians.Work RequirementsAvailability to work during US business hours/night shifts in Mumbai.What We OfferSalary as per industry standards and experience.Opportunity to work directly with US healthcare providers.Structured medical scribing and documentation training.Exposure to US healthcare workflows and EHR systems.Continuous feedback and professional development.Career growth opportunities within Medlyn 360's scribing, quality, and operations teams.Interested candidates can apply by submitting their CV/resume to Medlyn 360.
