Location: Warwick, UK | Full-timeOur medical and scientific sector is experiencing exceptional growth, and we’re looking for an experienced Medical Sector Manager to join our expanding team.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in medical product development, project management and client relationships.

You’ll play a key role in winning new projects, developing strategic client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative medical products from concept through to launch.The role:Lead complex medical product development projects, managing scope, budget, timescales, quality and risk.Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.Develop proposals, quotes and project plans, and support new business development.Build strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients.Work closely with mechanical, electronics, software and design teams.Support our medical sector marketing strategy, including industry events, presentations and technical articles.Represent the company at UK and international medical industry events.What we’re looking for:Significant experience delivering medical product development projects within an ISO 13485 environment.A proven track record of managing multidisciplinary projects and client relationships.Strong commercial and project management skills, including budgeting and quoting.Experience with CAE tools, manufacturing processes and materials, including high-volume processes such as injection moulding.A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Design Engineering.Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.A proactive, collaborative “can-do” attitude and commitment to high-quality work.Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to commute to or relocate to Warwick.Apply here if you are interested in the position.
