Medical Sector Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinic operations nursing services medical equipment maintenance task allocation and resolution of operational issues.Develop operational plans and workforce plans for physicians specialists nursing staff and administrative personnel and submit them to management.Prepare annual budget estimates for clinics nursing and maintenance and monitor performance against approved targets.Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) prepare periodic reports and implement necessary corrective actions.Monitor nursing service quality and ensure staff compliance with approved policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with infection control sterilization health, and safety standards across clinics. Follow up on medical error complaints and related investigations and oversee patient services and insurance operations.Plan medical equipment procurement and replacement supervise preventive maintenance and approve maintenance requests. Protect the company’s contractual rights with manufacturers including warranties and spare parts.Follow up on licenses and permits with relevant government authorities. Develop orientation and training programs for new employees, evaluate team performance and identify training ⁩
