We provide expert guidance on medical registration, specialist pathways, employment, career development, interview preparation, and professional support across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and other international healthcare systems.As our organisation continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Services & Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our services, coordinate client operations, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.About the RoleThis is a key management position responsible for overseeing client service delivery, operational coordination, application management, quality assurance, educational initiatives, and business operations.Working closely with the Director, you will ensure our clients receive an outstanding experience while driving operational excellence, improving internal processes, and supporting strategic business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of client services and business operations, ensuring high-quality service throughout the client journey from onboarding to completion.Manage medical registration, employment, and career pathway applications while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.Provide professional client guidance and support, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and an exceptional client experience.Oversee operational planning, workflow management, project coordination, and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Support the development and delivery of educational resources, webinars, and professional learning initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, educational content, business development, and strategic partnerships to support organisational growth.Work closely with the Founder to drive operational excellence, implement strategic initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Company.Essential RequirementsMedical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) or another relevant healthcare qualification.Excellent organisational and operational management skills.Outstanding written and verbal English communication.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common digital collaboration tools.DesirableExperience with Australian, New Zealand, UK, or international medical registration pathways.Experience in healthcare consulting, medical recruitment, education, or professional services.Previous operations, project management, or leadership experience.Experience coordinating educational events or webinars.Experience developing operational processes or quality systems.Why Join Medvin Health?Be part of a growing international healthcare organisation making a meaningful impact on doctors’ careers.Work closely with the Director in a strategic and influential management role.Opportunity to shape and improve systems, services, and client experience.Diverse and rewarding responsibilities across operations, client services, education, and business development.Flexible remote working environment with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.
