Medical Tourism Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, talented Medical Tourism Specialist to join our team and manage the full customer journey, from initial inquiry to completion of the medical trip. Key Responsibilities: 1- Develop and manage new business opportunities within the medical tourism sector. 2- Attract and communicate with local and international clients seeking medical treatment. 3- Handle inquiries, understand clients’ needs, prepare suitable medical tourism packages and quotations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. 4- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and medical service providers to arrange consultations and treatments. 5- Coordinate accommodation, airport transfers, transportation, and other travel arrangements when required. 6- Follow up with clients throughout their medical journey and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. 7- Follow up on leads, bookings, and sales pipeline and ensure timely responses to potential clients. Requirements: - Bachelor Degree in a related field - 1–3 years of experience in Medical Tourism - Excellent English communication skills. - Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
