📢 We Are Hiring | Meeting & Events Sales Manager📍 Al Nawras Resort – JeddahFakieh Tarfeeh Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Meeting & Events Sales Manager to join Al Nawras Resort and contribute to the development of the resort's Meetings & Events and Corporate Business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the sales plan for the resort's Meetings & Events and business center.Acquire new corporate clients from companies, government entities, training organizations, and event organizers.Conduct regular sales visits and calls to targeted clients.Prepare quotations, proposals, packages, and negotiate rates and terms with clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.Follow up on inquiries and bookings and convert sales opportunities into confirmed business.Coordinate with Operations, F&B, and other departments to ensure professional execution of meetings and events.Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, bookings, potential clients, and revenue.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in Meetings & Events / MICE.Practical experience dealing with Corporate Accounts.Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort is preferred.Good knowledge of the Jeddah corporate, meetings, and events market.Strong network and relationships with corporate clients and companies.Strong negotiation, communication, business development, and closing skills.Experience in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and following up with clients.Excellent command of Arabic and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.Results-oriented, proactive, professional, and target-driven personality.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV with the subject:Meeting & Events Sales Manager – Al Nawras Resortto:recruitment@tarfeehfakieh.com📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaJoin us and be part of the Fakieh Tarfeeh Group team.
