In this role, the individual will assist in managing arbitration proceedings, including organizing case files, coordinating hearing schedules, and supporting communication between parties, arbitrators, and administrative staff. Day-to-day tasks may include reviewing documentation, drafting basic correspondence, preparing summaries of case materials, and ensuring procedural compliance with organizational guidelines. The Member will also contribute to research on commercial and infrastructure arbitration issues, support preparation of reports or presentations, and participate in internal meetings and training sessions. Collaboration with colleagues, attention to detail, and maintaining confidentiality are essential aspects of the role.Qualifications Strong research and analytical abilities, with the capacity to review and summarize legal or technical documents clearly.Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with legal or commercial terminology is an advantage.Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple cases or tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment and maintain a high standard of ethics and confidentiality.Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related field; prior exposure to arbitration, dispute resolution, or infrastructure projects is preferred.Comfort with basic office software and digital tools used for document management, scheduling, and communication.Demonstrated interest in commercial and infrastructure sectors, with willingness to learn and develop expertise in arbitration processes.
