Role Description This full-time on-site Member role at Opus Home Care, based in Cairo, focuses on supporting high-quality home care services and ensuring a positive experience for clients and their families. The Member will assist with daily care activities, follow established care plans, and collaborate closely with care professionals to meet client needs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, communicating clearly with clients and team members, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves participating in team meetings, contributing to service improvements, and representing the organization’s values in all interactions.Qualifications Ability to provide compassionate, client-centered support and build trust with individuals receiving home care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.Attention to detail and basic record-keeping skills to document services, observations, and follow-up actions accurately.Ability to follow structured care plans, organizational policies, and safety procedures in a home care environment.Reliability and time-management skills to maintain consistent schedules and meet daily service expectations.Willingness to learn and adapt, including participating in training on home care best practices and regulatory requirements.Basic proficiency with mobile or digital tools used for scheduling, reporting, or communication is an advantage.Prior experience in home care, healthcare support, or a related service role is preferred but not required.Eligibility to work on-site in Cairo and commitment to maintaining professional ethics and client confidentiality.
