Instead of replacing existing systems, String securely integrates LMS, SIS, assessment, communications, and third-party applications into a single workspace. AI agents support auto-grading, early-warning insights, and personalized learning paths, while providing users with a single login and consistent interface. By creating a unified data layer, String helps educational institutions unlock the full potential of AI in teaching and learning.Role Description The Member role at String is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, with some flexibility for working from home. Members collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of String’s AI-powered learning ecosystem in schools and districts. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating with educational stakeholders, gathering and documenting user requirements, supporting onboarding and training sessions, and helping ensure smooth integration of tools into the unified workspace. Members may assist in monitoring system performance, collecting feedback from educators and administrators, and contributing to product updates that enhance user experience and learning outcomes. The role involves clear communication, proactive problem solving, and a commitment to improving education through thoughtful use of technology.Qualifications Experience in education, EdTech, or learning technologies, with an understanding of school operations and classroom needs.Skills in stakeholder communication and collaboration, including working with teachers, administrators, and technical teams.Ability to gather, analyze, and document user requirements, and translate them into actionable insights for product and implementation teams.Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS, SIS, and other educational applications, and willingness to learn new systems.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver reliably in a hybrid work environment.Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a user-centric approach to improving workflows and experiences.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Interest in AI and data-driven approaches to education; prior exposure to AI tools or analytics in a learning context is a plus.
