About the RoleWe're looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-impact products from end to end. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role where you'll work across the entire application stack, collaborate closely with the founding team, and contribute to product architecture, development, and deployment.This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, enjoy solving challenging technical problems, and want to have a direct impact on product direction.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.Build scalable backend services, APIs, and data models.Develop intuitive, high-quality frontend user experiences.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement new features.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance.Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning.Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.QualificationsRequired3+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar).Strong backend development experience (Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or similar).Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and system design.Ability to work onsite in SoHo, New York at least 3 days per week.PreferredExperience building products in startup environments.Experience shipping production software end-to-end.Familiarity with AI-powered products or machine learning applications.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
