Member Relation Executive

Job description:About the RoleWe are expanding our Member Relations team and seeking dynamic, driven individuals to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for timely follow-ups with members, maintaining excellent relationships, and helping the company achieve its service and recovery targets.Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with members via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on outstanding payments or account matters.Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and account statuses.Negotiate and agree on repayment plans, ensuring professionalism and empathy.Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments for resolution.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and legal guidelines.Required Skills & QualificationsLanguages: Fluent in English & Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.Good reasoning and problem-solving abilities.Basic computer skills (MS Excel ,MS Office, email, CRM tools).Experience in collections, member services, or customer support preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.What We OfferCompetitive salary plus attractive performance-based incentives.Training and skill development programs.A dynamic, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace.Opportunities for career advancement within the organization.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
