KEMBA continues to grow while maintaining a friendly, community-oriented environment.Role Description The Member Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN. In this position, the advisor assists members with everyday banking needs, including opening and servicing accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and providing information on credit union products and services. The role involves handling member inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding members toward solutions that support their financial goals. The advisor will accurately complete transactions, follow compliance and security procedures, and document interactions in member records. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with team members, supporting branch operations, and promoting a positive and welcoming experience for all members.QualificationsStrong customer-focused service orientation, with experience in Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.Ability to deliver responsive support and maintain ongoing member relationships.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with members and colleagues.Basic knowledge of financial products and services, or willingness to learn quickly.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash, transactions, and member records.Comfort working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment with a collaborative team mindset.Prior experience in banking, credit unions, or retail customer service is preferred but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus.
