As a fitness and wellness company, we believe in energy, balance, purpose and values that guide and support our people every day.Ensure all duties are carried out professionally, efficiently, and to the highest standard, maintaining a consistently exceptional studio environment.Oversee the general upkeep, cleanliness, and presentation of the facility, including supporting with the movement of gym equipment when required. This role requires a good level of physical fitness.Foster a welcoming, respectful, and service‑driven atmosphere for all members and guests, ensuring interactions are always handled with courtesy and professionalism.Monitor and report maintenance concerns promptly to the Fitness Manager to ensure swift resolution and minimal disruption to operations.Complete weekly stock checks and submit monthly stock order requests to the Fitness Manager for approval before processing.Manage the setup and preparation of studios according to class schedules and manager instructions, ensuring all spaces are ready, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
