You keep our coworking space running, make members and guests feel welcome, and make sure every event we host goes off without a hitch. It's a hands-on role for someone who likes variety, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys people.What You'll DoCoworking SpaceGive tours and welcome prospective membersManage member accounts, building access, and day-to-day member relationsKeep the space clean, stocked, and well-maintained — coordinating vendors and suppliesPlan and run member and community eventsAdministrative & Facilities SupportA good share of this job is the quiet work that keeps everything else running — the kind of thing people only notice when it isn't done.Keep the space tidy, presentable, and well stocked: supplies, coffee, kitchen and café areas, conference rooms reset and ready for the next groupTrack inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors and building servicesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Entrepreneurial Services and the CEO — calendars and scheduling, meeting prep and follow-up, correspondence, expense and document tracking, and travel logisticsHelp prepare materials for meetings, programs, and partner and funder communicationsEvent SupportSet up and reset spaces for LRL-hosted eventsCoordinate scheduling, catering, and rentalsManage registration and day-of logisticsHelp promote events through graphics, email, and socialFront Desk & CommunicationsServe as first point of contact in person, by phone, and over email and socialSupport marketing, content, and community communicationsAlso HelpfulCafé support and client support for partner organizationsA Note on EveningsMuch of what makes the Lab special happens after 5 p.m. — meetups, pitch nights, workshops, and community gatherings. This role is a catalyst for that energy: showing up, opening the doors, setting the room, and helping the community feel at home.
