This approach creates a more meaningful and sustainable training experience for individuals at all fitness levels.Role Description The Member Success Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Palo Alto, CA. This position is responsible for welcoming and supporting members, managing check-ins, and ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to member inquiries, scheduling sessions, maintaining accurate member records, and coordinating communication between coaches and clients. The role also involves monitoring facility cleanliness and organization, assisting with events or workshops, and gathering feedback to improve services. The Member Success Coordinator works closely with the training team to help members stay engaged, motivated, and aligned with their fitness goals.QualificationsStrong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.Experience with scheduling, member management systems, and basic administrative tasks.Clear verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and professional email etiquette.Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.Interest in health, fitness, or athletic training; prior experience in a gym or wellness setting is a plus.Comfort working on-site, including occasional early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as needed.Ability to work collaboratively with coaches and team members while also managing independent responsibilities.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in kinesiology, sports management, or related fields is beneficial.
