Members Experience Supervisor

SportPlex, Saudi Arabia’s leading indoor multi-sport destination, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Receptionist Supervisor to lead our front desk operations and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and schedule front-desk teamEnsure smooth daily reception operations (check-ins, bookings, calls, inquiries)Handle escalated member concerns and maintain high service standardsOversee bookings, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliationSupport membership sales, renewals, and promotionsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless facility operations

Requirements

2–3 years experience in reception or front-desk supervision (sports/fitness preferred)Strong leadership and customer service skillsFluent in Arabic & EnglishExperience with booking/POS systems and MS OfficeOrganized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFirst Aid/CPR certification preferred
