As a Credentialing & Program Coordinator, you will help support the day-to-day operations of professional certificate and credentialing programs while assisting members throughout the application, testing, renewal, and certification process.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, process-driven work, customer service, and managing important details behind the scenes. You will gain hands-on experience with professional credentialing programs, database management, program administration, and member services while collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.Responsibilities:Support the day-to-day administration of professional credentialing and certificate programsReview applications against established eligibility requirements and process qualified applicantsAssist with payment processing, refunds, renewals, reinstatements, and other program transactionsCoordinate candidate information and testing-related processes with external vendorsProcess examination results and ensure candidates receive appropriate communications and notificationsMaintain accurate credentialing, certificate, and member records within organizational databasesTroubleshoot routine record and database issues and ensure information remains accurate and currentRespond to member questions regarding applications, program requirements, renewals, recertification, and other routine program mattersPrepare and maintain program materials including guides, FAQs, presentations, letters, forms, applications, and website contentAssist with monthly renewal, maintenance, verification, and audit processesFollow established policies and procedures to ensure program requirements and deadlines are consistently metProvide administrative support for committee and working group meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, correspondence, and meeting minutesAssist with processing appeals and communicating final decisions according to established proceduresTest new database functionality and assist with maintaining accurate program processesProvide backup support for membership and customer service operations as neededCommunicate program updates to internal staff, members, volunteers, and other stakeholdersCollaborate with internal departments and external partners to support effective program operationsPerform additional program and administrative duties as assignedRequirements: Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience2+ years of experience in a professional business environment supporting programs, operations, administration, or customer serviceAssociation, nonprofit, membership, credentialing, certification, or professional services experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow established policies, procedures, and requirementsExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesStrong written communication, editing, and proofreading skillsExcellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service mindsetResourceful problem-solving skills and ability to research and resolve routine issuesAbility to work successfully both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamExperience working with databases, CRM systems, membership systems, or other record-management platforms preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookComfortable learning new systems, processes, and program requirementsFulltime, Hybrid$50,000-$60,000
