Apply & track with Apply Edge【Core Responsibilities】1.Multi-Jurisdiction Compliance & Accounting — Take full ownership of bookkeeping, statutory accounts, and regulatory compliance across Egypt (Egyptian Accounting Standards, EAS), UAE (UAE Corporate Tax Law, VAT, Economic Substance Regulations, UBO reporting), and Saudi Arabia (ZATCA, Zakat and income tax, Saudization-related financial obligations).2.Tax & Regulatory Management — Lead VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax (and Zakat where applicable) compliance for all three jurisdictions. Coordinate with local tax advisors, manage tax audits, and oversee transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD guidelines.3.Full-Cycle Closing & Reporting — Oversee month-end and year-end closing, statutory financial statements, and management reporting for each entity. Ensure timely and accurate submission to HQ.4.Group Consolidation — Prepare monthly/quarterly consolidation packages in line with Chinese GAAP / IFRS for HQ reporting. Manage inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and elimination entries across the three jurisdictions.5.Treasury & Cash Management — Manage cash flow, FX exposure (EGP / AED / SAR), banking relationships, inter-company funding, and working capital optimisation across the region.6.Audit & Internal Controls — Coordinate external audits in each jurisdiction; build and maintain internal control frameworks aligned with group policies.7.Cross-Border Coordination — Liaise with HQ finance, legal, tax, and business teams on cross-border transactions, entity structuring, transfer pricing, and M&A / restructuring initiatives in the Middle East.8.Stakeholder Engagement — Serve as the primary finance contact for local tax authorities, auditors, banks, free-zone authorities (e.g. JAFZA, DAFZ, KIZAD, ADGM), and Saudi authorities (MISA, SAGIA legacy cases) in each jurisdiction.【Core Requirements】1.Bachelor's degree or above in Finance / Accounting / Economics. CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.2.3+ years of finance experience, including 1+ years of hands-on bookkeeping and compliance experience across Egypt, the UAE, and/or Saudi Arabia. Experience in Chinese-funded enterprises or cross-border groups is a strong plus.3.English fluent (oral & written, mandatory) for cross-team communication with HQ and external parties. Arabic is a plus. Chinese language capability is preferred.4.Proficient in IFRS or Chinese GAAP consolidation; familiar with tax systems in Egypt (e-tax, e-invoice), UAE (FTA, EmaraTax), and Saudi Arabia (ZATCA, Fatoorah, Nafath); hands-on with ERP software (SAP / Oracle / Yonyou / Kingdee) and advanced Excel.5.Strong leadership, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder management. Able to work independently in a matrix organisation and travel regularly across the three jurisdictions.
