MantraCare is focused on expanding access to high-quality, data-driven mental health and wellness support worldwide.Role Description The Mental Health and Wellness Specialist is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting individuals with a range of mental health and wellness needs. In this position, you will conduct virtual assessments, provide short-term counseling and psychoeducation, and develop individualized wellness plans aligned with MantraCare’s AI-powered tools and resources. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate ongoing care, and help connect members to appropriate specialty services when needed. Daily responsibilities include monitoring client progress, managing caseloads, documenting interventions, and responding to elevated risk or crisis situations using established protocols. You will also provide feedback to enhance digital care pathways and contribute to continuous improvement of mental health programs.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Mental Health Care and Mental Health support, including assessment, brief intervention, and ongoing follow-up.Candidates should possess skills in Psychology and applied behavioral principles to guide evidence-informed interventions and psychoeducation.Candidates should possess skills in Case Management to coordinate services, track progress, and ensure continuity of care across providers and platforms.Candidates should possess skills in Crisis Intervention to identify risk, de-escalate situations, and follow safety and escalation protocols appropriately.Relevant qualifications include a degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; licensure or certification where required by local regulations is strongly preferred.Additional beneficial skills include experience with telehealth platforms, familiarity with AI-enabled or digital mental health tools, strong written and verbal communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently in a remote, tech-enabled environment.
