Mental Health Clinical Therapist

At Evolve Treatment Centers, we offer a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with compassionate care in a supportive, team-based environment.We are currently hiring a Primary Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to teens with mental health and/or substance use struggles in our 6-bed residential program in Walnut Creek, CA. This role is an exciting opportunity to have a small caseload(3 clients!) and be part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy sessions for 3 clients and their families through evidence-based practices including DBT, CBT, and MIFacilitate 1–2 therapy groups per week and document clinical notes accordinglyParticipate in the on-call rotation, offering phone support and managing after-hours clinical needsSupport clients through discharge planning, including home contracts and after-care referralsAttend weekly Treatment Team and Psychiatry meetings, contributing clinical updates and insightEnsure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation in compliance with licensing and accreditation standardsWhat You’ll Need:Active California Licensure as an LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or AMFT/ACSW/APCCAbility to pass LiveScan, federal/state background checks, and child abuse index clearancesStrong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environmentValid Ca driver's license as you may be asked to assist at our other locationsWhy Join Evolve?Competitive salary and benefits.
