Many of our clients deal with stress, low confidence, body image concerns, emotional eating, and frustration after years of trying to feel better. As a Mental Health Coach, you'll support women through the emotional side of their health journey, helping them build the mindset, habits, and resilience to stay consistent with their programme.What You'll DoConduct one-on-one and group video coaching sessions with programme clientsHelp clients manage stress, emotional eating, self-doubt, and motivation dipsGuide clients through practical tools such as journaling, mindfulness, habit-building, and stress-management techniquesWork closely with our dietitians, doctor, yoga coach, and accountability coaches to support each client holisticallyTrack client progress and maintain session notes and records on timeRecognise when a client needs clinical support and refer them to a qualified therapist or psychiatristContribute to workshops, content, and resources on mental wellbeing and PCOSWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field0–2 years of experience in counselling, coaching, or mental wellness support (freshers with relevant internships are welcome)A warm, non-judgemental approach and excellent listening skillsClear understanding of the boundary between coaching and clinical therapyStrong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practiceExcellent communication skills in English and HindiA laptop with a working webcam, a quiet private workspace, and a stable internet connectionWhat We OfferSalary: ₹15,000/monthFully remote workHands-on experience in a collaborative, multi-specialist women's health teamOpportunity to make a real difference in women's health and wellbeingGrowth opportunities as the brand expands
