Peer consultation, shared learning, and genuine collegiality are part of how we practice, not an afterthought.Position OverviewYou will deliver telehealth psychotherapy to an adult caseload while practicing under a New York Limited Permit (MHC-LP). Scheduling, intake, and insurance billing are handled by our operations team so you can focus on clinical work.Core DutiesConduct 25 to 30 video sessions per week once your caseload ramps.Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours.Deliver CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and other evidence-based interventions.Training and SupervisionRobust onboarding and ongoing training in evidence-based modalities and measurement-based care.Weekly individual supervision plus a small peer consultation group.Continuous skills training at no cost to you.Measurement and DocumentationTrack client outcomes using validated measures including PHQ-9, GAD-7, and OCI-R.Use outcome data to inform treatment planning and progress review.Collaborate with primary care and psychiatric providers when indicated.Minimum RequirementsMaster's degree from a CACREP or MPCAC program, or a 60-credit, NYSED-registered licensure-qualifying counseling program.New York Limited Permit in Mental Health Counseling or eligibility to apply (we cover the application and guide you through the process).Private, secure work-from-home space with reliable high-speed internet.Ability to pass NY OMH background screening.Preferred QualificationsTwo semesters of adult outpatient internship or practicum.Working knowledge of at least one manualized treatment protocol.Fluency in an additional language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Bengali, ASL).CompensationFee-for-service at $40 per billable hour while your caseload builds. Bonus structure for clients seen over 30 per week (+5-7$ per)At 30 sessions per week, that is approximately $62,400-$75,000 per year.Salaried structure available once you sustain 25 to 30 weekly sessions over four consecutive weeks.Schedule and Work StyleTelehealth only.
