Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-obsessed and quality-focused physician to join KMG Medical Group as a staff level telemedicine provider to see patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care.In this role, you’ll practice in an enriching environment focused on delivering quality care in a system dedicated to evidence-based medicine with advanced decision-support tools, and clinical support. An annual incentive plan and differentials may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered subscription and access to CME tracking softwareWhat you get to do every dayConsult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditionsProactively check in with patients on their treatment plansCollaborate cross functionally for operational support as neededRespond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordinglyProvide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processesMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state information privacy lawsConsult and treat patients with mental health conditionsOther duties as assigned What you bring to the roleMD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in either Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency MedicineExperience treating depression, anxiety and other mental health conditionsMultiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licensesMust be able to work at least 16 weekend hours a monthMust be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annuallyPhysicians are required to have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice ProvidersExcellent written and verbal communication No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payersAble to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care Passionate about patient educationWillingness to work across various conditions/service linesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bonus pointsAt least two (2) years of telehealth experience Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plusWillingness to work regular weekends or eveningsAll Company policies and procedures are subject to change without notice based on business needs.
