We operate multiple locations across California, including Santa Maria, and offer teletherapy programs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Monterey, CA. The Mental Health Therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessment, crisis intervention, progress monitoring, and facilitating therapeutic groups in alignment with our evidence-based approach. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and developing individualized approaches for client careExpertise in Social Work and Case Management to support clients’ holistic needsExtensive knowledge of Mental Health conditions, therapeutic interventions, and best practicesExperience in Family Therapy and delivering counseling to diverse family systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, families, and team membersMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related fieldValid and active licensure or registration as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of CaliforniaExperience in intensive outpatient or group therapy settings is a plus
