Together, we’ll continue changing lives—one session at a time.Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly DOEQualificationsCurrent, active New Jersey license as an LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy.Experience working with a diverse range of client concerns and populations.Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with clinical documentation.Prior insurance credentialing is a plus.Must be located in New Jersey or willing to relocate.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish meaningful rapport with clients.ResponsibilitiesBuild strong therapeutic relationships with clients and develop goal-oriented treatment plans based on their individual needs.Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based and specialized treatment modalities appropriate to each client.Assess and address clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs.Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and applicable state and federal regulations.Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.Participate in ongoing clinical consultation, supervision, and professional development.
