Mental Health Therapist (LGPC, LPC)

Redefine is a woman-owned private practice providing behavioral health services to adults in the Washington D.C area. We are seeking a mental health therapist (LGPC, LPC) to work full time (case load of minimum 20 sessions/week).For LGPC hires, free supervision will be provided in order to meet DC full licensure requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in CounselingValid clinical license in Washington D.C. (LGPC, LPC). Responsibilities

Provides mental health therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and/or families on a full-time basis, minimum caseload of 20 client sessions per weekImplements and reviews treatment plansEffective in assessing for risk and has the knowledge of how to conduct a safety/self-management plan with clientsEnsures all documentation is completed in a timely manner after each sessionChecks and responds to emails within 24 hoursJob Types Available: Full-timePay Range: Range of $64/hr- $99/hr for full-time therapists (based on a caseload of 20 sessions/week)Expected hours: Minimum of 20 client sessions per weekSchedule:Choose your own hoursMonday to FridayNo weekendsEducation:Master's Degree or greaterLicense/Certification:Clinical license in DC (LGPC, LPC)Master's/Graduate Level still applying for licenses are also consideredWork Location: Remote or hybrid
