Tagnar is looking for an experienced Mentor to work directly with the founder and help scale our AR-powered spatial discovery platform across real estate SaaS, D2C brands, and immersive digital experiences.We are seeking a hands-on mentor with proven experience in building, managing portfolio and scaling startups, growing D2C portfolios, developing recurring SaaS revenue models, and driving customer acquisition. Experience in PropTech, real-estate technology, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Develop actionable strategies to accelerate revenue growth and achieve product-market fit.Help build scalable customer acquisition, broker onboarding, and retention strategies for Tagnar's real-estate SaaS business.Advise on D2C brand partnerships, monetization, distribution, and go-to-market strategy.Strengthen pricing, recurring revenue, unit economics, and customer lifetime value.Guide fundraising preparation, including pitch deck development, financial modelling, valuation positioning, and investor outreach.Facilitate relevant strategic partnerships and investor introductions where possible.Conduct regular mentoring sessions with the founder and help translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.Ideal Candidate:An experienced investor, entrepreneur, startup mentor, growth advisor, or senior operator with a demonstrated track record of scaling D2C brands, SaaS businesses, or PropTech ventures. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with practical execution experience and can guide an early-stage startup through revenue growth and fundraising.Tagnar is targeting a $500,000 USD fundraising round for 10% equity and is looking for a mentor who can help strengthen the business, establish scalable revenue streams, and prepare for the next stage of growth.Engagement: Part-time, remote, with flexible scheduling.
