The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models, ensuring effective integration between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.The role involves managing multidisciplinary coordination, performing clash detection and resolution, reviewing model quality, and ensuring all BIM deliverables comply with project standards and client requirements.The MEP BIM Coordinator will work closely with BIM Modelers, engineers, architects, project managers, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM models.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models across different project disciplines.Review models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project BIM standards.Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and follow up on clash resolution.Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models.Review BIM models and drawings before submission.Support BIM Modelers and provide technical guidance when required.Attend coordination meetings and communicate technical issues with internal teams and project stakeholders.Maintain BIM documentation and follow established project workflows and standards.Ensure project deliverables are completed according to required quality standards and deadlines.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3 years of professional experience in MEP BIM coordination.Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and multidisciplinary coordination.Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation.Practical experience with clash detection, clash resolution, and model coordination.Ability to review models and identify technical and coordination issues.Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and quality-control procedures.Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to confidently participate in meetings, technical discussions, and day-to-day communication with international teams and clients.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
