We are committed to technical excellence, innovation, and delivering sustainable engineering solutions that shape the built environment.About the RoleNAGA is looking for an MEP BIM Developer to support the growing demand for MEP BIM automation and digital engineering across our projects.The role will focus on developing and maintaining Revit-based automation tools for MEP disciplines, helping improve modelling efficiency, coordination, quality control, standardization, and data workflows.The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of MEP systems and Revit/BIM workflows with hands-on software development experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Revit MEP automation tools supporting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines.Build, maintain, and enhance Revit add-ins using C#, .NET, WPF, and the Autodesk Revit API.Develop automation solutions for:MEP modellingRoutingEquipment and element placementTaggingSchedulesData extraction and validationSupport BIM QA/QC and model-health checking through automation and digital workflows.Develop solutions that support clash coordination and model coordination workflows.Support integrations with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Navisworks.Work closely with MEP and BIM teams to understand workflow challenges and translate them into practical automation solutions.Test and validate automation tools before deployment.Deploy, document, and provide support for released tools.Maintain and improve existing automation tools based on project and user requirements.Contribute to the standardization and improvement of digital engineering workflows across NAGA projects.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM workflows.Good understanding of MEP systems and engineering workflows.Good knowledge of C# and .NET.Hands-on experience with the Autodesk Revit API.Experience with WPF is preferred.Ability to understand MEP/BIM requirements and translate them into software-based automation solutions.2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.Preferred Technical SkillsExperience with any of the following would be an advantage:NavisworksAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360REST APIsSQL / PostgreSQLGitDynamoPythonAI / automation technologiesKey SkillsRevit MEPBIM AutomationRevit APIC#.NETWPFMEP EngineeringDigital EngineeringBIM QA/QCModel Data ValidationAutomation & Add-in DevelopmentAPI IntegrationProblem SolvingWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of engineering and technology — not simply a BIM modeller and not purely a software developer.The ideal candidate understands how MEP systems are designed and modelled in Revit and can use programming to automate repetitive workflows, improve model quality, and build tools that make BIM teams more efficient.
