MEP BIM PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage multidisciplinary MEP coordination, BIM processes, and project delivery. The role will be responsible for leading MEP teams, coordinating with architectural and structural disciplines, ensuring BIM standards are implemented effectively, and delivering projects within approved budgets and timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multidisciplinary MEP teams, ensuring effective coordination with structural, architectural, and other project disciplines.Conduct and manage clash detection and coordination sessions using BIM platforms such as Autodesk Navisworks and Revit.Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, modelling standards, and coordination procedures.Establish BIM coordination processes and ensure project teams comply with agreed modelling, documentation, and information management standards.Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, deliverables, and key milestones.Identify coordination issues, design conflicts, and project risks, and work with relevant stakeholders to develop timely resolutions.Review and approve MEP shop drawings, coordinated BIM models, and related technical documentation.Review asset information/data drops to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.Review and coordinate engineering calculation reports and ensure technical deliverables align with project specifications and applicable standards.Facilitate regular coordination meetings and maintain clear records of clashes, actions, decisions, and resolutions.Work closely with design consultants, contractors, BIM teams, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Support continuous improvement of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and project delivery standards.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination, BIM, or building services projects.Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and Navisworks.Proven experience leading multidisciplinary MEP/BIM teams.Good understanding of BIM processes, BEP development, clash detection, model coordination, and information management.Experience reviewing MEP shop drawings, technical submissions, asset data, and engineering calculations.Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their coordination with architectural and structural elements.Good understanding of project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
