MEP Coordinator

We are currently seeking MEP Coordinator to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for managing MEP projects, preparing project schedules, coordinating with project stakeholders.Maintaining project documentation and communicating progress to the project team.Fluency and familiarity of all contract documents.Manage and lead MEP subcontractors from contract award through project close out.Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance and completeness.Review all pay requests from MEP subcontractors and ensure that they are proper and timely.Coordinate onsite MEP activities, materials procurement, and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff.Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed and requested.Requirements:Must have Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree15 years of experienceExperience with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, AutoCADKnowledge of MEP codes and standardsWhat We Offer: :Attractive salary package (AED 20,000 – 25,000)Career growth and long-term opportunitiesProfessional and dynamic work environment
