MEP Coordinator

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting MEP Coordinators for a High Rise Towers Project in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Design (ID) drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, and coordination issues between different disciplines.Review MEP subcontractor shop drawings and identify technical errors, design issues, coordination problems, and non-compliance with applicable codes and standards.Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Interior Design (ID) disciplines to ensure proper integration and constructability.Review and resolve design clashes and discrepancies and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to develop practical and technically acceptable solutions.Monitor and coordinate the daily activities of MEP subcontractors and ensure works are progressing in line with project requirements and approved drawings.Conduct and participate in technical coordination meetings, workshops, and discussions with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering8+ years of relevant experience in High Rise Tower ProjectsStrong understanding of MEP drawing coordination procedures, construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
