Job Description

Sawaed Al-Tashyeed Company is seeking a Procurement Officer specializing in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sector. Candidates must have prior experience in the Saudi market and established relationships with suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute local procurement processes in accordance with approved policies and procedures, and issue purchase orders.* Request quotations and conduct comparisons to ensure the best terms are secured.* Participate in negotiations with suppliers regarding prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.* Follow up on purchase orders through to the receipt of goods.* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational requirements.* Periodically update procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory data.Requirements and Qualifications:* At least 3 years of prior experience in the same field within the Saudi market (mandatory requirement).* Experience using ERP systems for invoice entry and tracking items and inventory.* Proficiency in both Arabic and English.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.* Valid residency status and a valid driving licenseSend your CV to: HR.SAT@sawaedco.comاسم الشركة: شركة سواعد التشييدعنوان الوظيفة: مسؤول مشتريات (MEP)الموقع: المملكة العربية السعوديةعن الوظيفة:تطلب شركة سواعد التشييد مسؤول مشتريات متخصص في مجال الكهروميكانيك (MEP)، بشرط وجود خبرة سابقة في السوق السعودي وعلاقات جيدة مع الموردين.المهام والمسؤوليات: تنفيذ عمليات الشراء المحلية وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة وإصدار أوامر الشراء. طلب عروض الأسعار وإجراء المقارنات لضمان الحصول على أفضل الشروط. المشاركة في المفاوضات مع الموردين بشأن الأسعار وشروط الدفع والتسليم. متابعة تنفيذ أوامر الشراء حتى استلام البضائع. متابعة المخازن واللوجستيات لتلبية وتنسيق الاحتياجات. تحديث سجلات المشتريات وقواعد بيانات الموردين والمخزون بشكل دوري.المتطلبات والشروط: خبرة سابقة في نفس المجال لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في السوق السعودي (شرط أساسي). خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع أنظمة ERP لإدخال الفواتير ومتابعة الأصناف والمخزون. إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وإعداد التقارير. إقامة سارية ورخصة قيادة سارية.Send your CV to: HR.SAT@sawaedco.com
