MEP Cost Control Specialist ⚙️Location: Riyadh, KSA Employment Type: Full-timeRole Summary 📌Address Group is seeking an experienced MEP Cost Control Specialist with 5+ years of experience to oversee cost planning, monitoring, and reporting for MEP works across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost tracking, budget management, and alignment with contractual and project financial objectives.Key Responsibilities 🛠· Develop and monitor MEP project budgets and cost baselines.· Track expenditures, commitments, and forecasted costs for MEP activities.· Review and validate cost-related data from procurement, engineering, and site teams.· Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs and prepare corrective action recommendations.· Manage cost reporting, dashboards, and financial status updates.· Support tendering and procurement with cost analysis and BOQ reviews.· Collaborate with planning teams to link cost data to project schedules (Cost/Time integration).· Ensure compliance with financial controls and contract requirements.Requirements 🎯· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Finance, or related field.· 5+ years of experience in MEP cost control within construction or contracting.· Strong knowledge of cost control methodologies for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.· Experience with ERP/Cost Management tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.· Proficient in Excel and reporting dashboards.· Strong analytical and communication skills.Benefits 🎁· High-quality work environment.· Comprehensive medical insurance.· Training and career development opportunities.
