قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجHiring: MEP Engineer – SPA DivisionLocation: Dubai, UAE Experience: 3–7 Years | MEP / HVAC / Spa / Wellness Projects Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 per month UAE Driving License: Preferred, not mandatoryWe are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong expertise in MEP systems and preferably hands-on experience in spa, pool, HVAC, luxury hospitality, or high-end residential projects.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 3–7 years of experience in MEP systems Experience in spa, pool, HVAC, or wellness projects is preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Experience with hydrothermal and wellness systems is an advantage Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects is preferred Strong technical, coordination, and site execution skills UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatoryRole Responsibilities:Prepare and review MEP designs for saunas, steam rooms, hammams, hydrotherapy pools, and water features Perform heat load, ventilation, plumbing, and drainage calculations Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors Review shop drawings, technical submissions, BOQs, and project documentation Select and size equipment including steam generators, sauna heaters, pumps, filters, and heat exchangers Supervise MEP installation works on-site Lead testing and commissioning of spa-related MEP systems Support procurement through technical evaluation of materials and vendors Provide technical support for maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain technical documentation and project reports Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and project specificationsPreferred Background:Professionals with experience in spa and wellness projects, hydrothermal systems, swimming pools, HVAC, luxury hospitality, or high-end residential projects will be highly preferred.
