The company emphasizes close collaboration with clients and project partners to ensure that each reflects unique lifestyles and elevated standards of quality.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The MEP Engineer will design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for luxury projects, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and interior design concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing MEP drawings and calculations, performing load estimations, and selecting appropriate equipment and materials. The role involves coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues, maintain design intent, and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations. The MEP Engineer will also support site inspections, monitor installation quality, and assist in testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Building Services.Candidates should possess skills in MEP Coordination, working closely with design and construction teams to integrate services effectively.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering for building power distribution, lighting, and related systems.Candidates should possess practical experience with Plumbing system design, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and authority requirements in Dubai and the wider UAE.Proficiency in relevant design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and MS Office.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
