We value safety, engineering excellence, collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to support the planning, coordination, review, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across building projects. This part-time remote role is suited to an engineering professional who can coordinate technical requirements, review designs and documentation, identify potential issues, and work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering designs.Support MEP planning, technical documentation, calculations, and project deliverables.Coordinate MEP requirements with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, technical submittals, and design documentation.Identify design conflicts, constructability issues, and coordination requirements.Support equipment selection, system evaluations, and technical assessments.Monitor MEP design progress against project requirements, standards, and schedules.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Assist with technical queries, requests for information, and design clarifications.Support quality reviews and ensure engineering deliverables meet applicable requirements.Participate in project meetings and provide technical input on MEP-related matters.Maintain organized engineering records, calculations, reports, and project documentation.Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, sustainability, reliability, and project outcomes.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in MEP engineering, building services, or a related engineering field preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline preferred.Practical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within building projects.Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation.Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, engineering analysis tools, or equivalent software.Good understanding of applicable engineering standards, codes, safety requirements, and quality practices.Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent coordination and communication abilities across multidisciplinary teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple technical priorities.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote project teams.Professional engineering certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.What We OfferFlexible part-time work with a fully remote arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunities to contribute to diverse building, infrastructure, and engineering projects.Exposure to modern BIM, design coordination, and digital engineering tools.A collaborative environment focused on technical quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Professional development opportunities and valuable experience across multidisciplinary engineering projects.
