MEP Engineer (Supervisor)

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in high-end residential renovations, fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, and joinery. With an in-house technical team and joinery facility, we manage projects from design and approvals through execution and final handover.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on MEP Engineer (Supervisor) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and plumbing works across multiple project sites
• Manage and coordinate electricians, plumbers, and MEP subcontractors
• Review MEP drawings and ensure correct site execution
• Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and quality
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues on site
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and fit-out activities
• Monitor material requirements and site readiness
• Ensure testing, inspections, and rectification works are completed properly
• Provide regular site progress updates to the Project Manager
• Ensure works meet Revive’s quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in MEP, renovation, construction, or fit-out
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Residential renovation and villa experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings
• Strong site supervision and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage technicians and subcontractors across multiple sites
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
